Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product meets the following criteria:

• Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• All tags, accessories, and manuals are included

• Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is provided

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@my-doggy-planet-shop.myshopify.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale, clearance, or discounted items

• Opened or used treats, toys, or grooming products

• Custom, personalized, or subscription items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? Contact us at support@mydoggyplanetshop.com, and if it's in stock, we'll process an exchange when you return the original item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

1. You’ll receive an email notification

2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@mydoggyplanetshop.com with your order number and supporting photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
